By-Laws Information Opportunities
Dear First Family,
The Structure Committee has completed their work. Two information presentations are available for you to hear the new streamlined church structure explained and to ask any clarifying questions before it is presented to the congregation for approval in October.
The Process
The new proposed By-Laws have been approved by the Structure Committee and the Deacons. Following the two presentations it will be presented a third time in Church Conference on a publicized Wednesday night. During that conference the Committee will make a motion to approve the document and receive andy final discussion. After final discussion, a motion will be made to table the motion until the following Sunday morning service, at which time, we will vote without discussion.
